Job Summary:
Project Manager is responsible for maintaining existing projects, inspecting subcontractors, and development and
training of new employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Check on Projects Daily. Maintain job site records, daily reports, delay requests and weather reports as required
• Consult and specify roofing system repairs to meet customer needs.
• Provide quality turn over meeting with operations and provide all required documents required in the start meeting check list.
• Maintain Daily Safety Logs for each project that has been assigned.
• Furnish activity reports weekly and provide to direct reports.
• Participate in technical meetings and trainings.
• Coordinate with operation team to provide necessary support for success of the project.
• The Employee shall do and perform all services and acts reasonably associated with the position referenced above to achieve
Company purposes, in each instance as approved and required by the Company.
• Review and approve shop drawings and submittals
• Schedule and attend pre-planning sessions with General Contractor.
• Schedule pre-roofing conference before roofing work begins.
• Coordinate work schedule with clients and subcontractors and inform Construction Manager of all changes in the schedule.
• Maintain job site records, daily reports, delay requests and weather reports as required
• Monitor job progress and control costs
• Resolve problems and issues that may arise – includes both technical and contractual.
• Provide support to Construction manager as required for materials, schedule, and cost information.
• Prepare estimates for minor change orders. Provide information/support to estimators for major change orders.
• Maintain a change order status log. Keep Accounts Receivables informed of all pending and approved change orders.
• Submit monthly billings based on contract requirements.
• Knowledge of FCS control plus
• Schedule and attend pre-planning sessions with General Contractor.
• Schedule with customer that you will be onsite promptly.
• Maintain a repair service log. Keep Accounts Receivables informed of all pending and approved repairs completed
• Attend Daily Department Team meetings, and Weekly Scheduling meetings
• Occasional travel and out of town work
